[Easy tutorial for vegan Christmas cookies!] Hey, everybody! Today I’m doing a collaboration with MakeupByMika She’s making a gingerbread house! I am making vegan Christmas cookies and together we are both doing the Christmas tag! Also, I had a company send me more cell phone cases than I will ever know what to do with! Leave a comment that contains #cookies and I’ll randomly pick 5 comments and send out the containers with a handwritten holiday card! Spirit of giving! I’m improvising off a cookie recipe that I found on minimalist baker! And I will link to the vegan sugar cookie recipe down below in the description box! In order to make these vegan sugar cookies, I’ll be using a half cup of vegan butter. I’ll also be using a half cup of coconut palm sugar. a quarter cup of brown sugar, a quarter cup of pumpkin puree, a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, one and three quarter cups unbleached all purpose flour, a half tablespoon of corn starch one teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and one to two teaspoons of almond milk. The first step is you want to cream the vegan butter in the mixer The second step to delicious vegan sugar cookies is to add the sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin puree! And then you want to beat it for a minute. Next you’ll want to add the dry ingredients. That’s your flour, corn starch, baking powder, and baking soda. Last but not least, I’m going to add my almond milk to the cookie mix. Next you’ll want to cover the vegan cookie dough. And freeze it for 15 minutes. While the dough freezes, let’s talk Christmas! The noise that communicates how excited I am for this holiday is probably this one: [Lucille screams] As you guys know, I love Arrested Development. Now I’m preheating the oven up to 350 degrees while I’m rolling my vegan cookie dough into little cookie balls. [sneak eats cookie dough] Well, my camera wasn’t recording, but I just used a glass bottom to slam down these cookies to make sure they were even for baking! Now bake the cookies for ten to twelve minutes at 350 degrees F. It should be noted that at this point in the baking cookies process, you’re probably on your second glass of wine.

Depending upon how many glasses of wine you’ve had, you’re probably going to have different levels of frosting on your delicious vegan sugar cookies! And the very last step is to add on some festive sugar and sprinkles! Well, it only took me four hours and three glasses of wine, but here’s my easy to make vegan Christmas cookies! They came out so well! Aren’t these cookies adorable? Ah! Look at how cute they came out! I have to try them! Mmmmm these vegan cookies are great! Yes! I did it! Success! These vegan cookies are actually delicious! And the last step is to put your easy to bake vegan Christmas cookies on a decorative plate so that everybody thinks they’re super cute!
